  • Should you cancel your registration before September 29, 2006, GS1 Hong Kong Limited will refund 50% of the fee. However,substitutions are welcome at any time.
  • Should a refund be necessary, the full fee will be refunded to the registrant(s) who have paid by cheque.
  • Should a local storm or rainstorm warning signal is hoisted two hours before the conference, at No. 8 or above, or at a black rainstorm signal respectively, the conference will be suspended immediately. The organiser will schedule another date for the conference and no refund will be made. Should such signals be hoisted during the conference, the situation will be dealt with based on the conditions at that time and in all cases, no refunds will be made.
